If you’d like to personalise your card with a photo (optional) or Write a Personal Messsage,
please email your picture to: philipkhayeboah@gmail.com - 250 words Maximum.
Subject: “[Your Name] – Birthday Card Photo/ Video/Audio” with your Order Reference number
Format: JPEG or PNG preferred for Picture/ MP4 for Video/MP3 for Audio
Please send your photo within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid delays.
Any Extra notes please do not hesitate to write in the email.
How long will it take to receive my digital card?
● Standard Orders (Card & Song / Card, Song & Special Message): Delivered within 3 to 4 days.
● Video Message Orders (Card, Video Message & Video Song): Delivered within 4 to 6 days, depending on customisation.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Fridays will begin production on the following Monday.
